Whether you need documents returned to a client, submitted to an organization, or delivered using a prepaid shipping label, our Shipping & Handling Service provides the administrative care and local handling necessary to get your package where it needs to go.

Our Shipping & Handling Service May Include:

  • Professional handling of documents and packages

  • Secure packaging and preparation for shipment

  • Application of client-provided prepaid shipping labels

  • Drop-off at designated UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other authorized carrier locations

  • Confirmation that the package has been accepted by the carrier

  • Receipt or proof of drop-off when available

  • Basic shipment coordination and administrative handling

Prepaid Shipping Labels

Have a prepaid shipping label ready? No problem.

Simply provide the properly prepared label and your package, and Black Pearl Signature Services will handle the local carrier drop-off on your behalf.

Please note: The shipping label or postage covers the carrier's shipping charges. A separate Handling Fee applies for our time, administrative coordination, package handling, and transportation to the designated carrier location.

Our Handling Fee is separate from postage and carrier charges and is based on the level of service required.

Prepaid Label Drop-Off — $15.00

Includes handling of the package and transportation to the designated UPS, FedEx, or USPS drop-off location.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Multiple packages

  • Packaging materials

  • Printing or label preparation

  • Special handling requests

  • Carrier locations requiring additional travel

  • After-hours or expedited requests

  • Round-trip mileage when applicable

Black Pearl Signature Services is not a shipping carrier. We facilitate the preparation and local drop-off of your documents or packages with the carrier you designate.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, appropriate postage or a valid prepaid shipping label, and properly addressed packages. Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery times, tracking, delays, loss, or damage are subject to the carrier's policies and procedures.

For your protection, we recommend retaining the carrier's tracking information and proof of acceptance.
